You are eligible for a refund if:
- The product is unopened, in original packaging, and fit for resale;
- The product is faulty or not as described.
To request a return:
- Email us at hello@rheaessentials.com within 14 days of delivery;
- Include a description of the issue and photo proof (if applicable).
Once approved:
- A 9 USD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- You’ll receive a prepaid return label.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
- It may take 10-30 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
